Now you can avoid the unpleasantness and anxiety of having to play “he said/she said” game.
Have you ever had an instance when someone left you a voice mail message and subsequently had a slightly different understanding of exactly what he or she said?
Now you can avoid the unpleasantness and anxiety of having to play “he said/she said” game. For the amount of time it requires to make a few clicks on your mouse, you can have your voice mail messages sent to your Microsoft Outlook (or another contact management system), saved as wave files, or sent to someone else as attachments.
You can create a permanent text file of any voice mail message to refer to later on in case the need arises. You can also click a phone number in ACT or Outlook and have that number dialed automatically. When a call comes in, the network integration pop-up screen informs you of the call and can display a picture of the caller as well.
If a client who owes you money should call, the system can automatically direct the call to the accounting department if you would like. You can also send a fax to someone’s direct line which can be directed into their Outlook or sent to a waiting fax machine.
