Now, you can save all of your voice mails in a customer folder, record conversations and save them to a folder, or play voice mails on your desk top computer.
Whether you are a stock trader or an insurance sales representative, receiving voice mail messages is almost as important as actually talking to your customer. Clients will very often leave buy or sell orders on your voice mail machine and you will then execute their order. Now, you can forward the message to the appropriate party and save the voice mail to that client’s folder in case you ever need it again.
Whenever you are going to have a very important telephone conversation, you can record the call to make sure you capture all of the relevant and important information, save it to the client folder, and listen to the conversation later when you have time to pay closer attention. You never have to miss a detail again and if someone ever claims that they did not say something, you can simply replay the message or conversation.
